INGREDIENTS: Oregon clover honey, red habaneros, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and sea salt.
We’re thrilled to team up with Mr. Jeremy FIsh. He has been a long time influence on us in the art scene and now we have something extraordinary for you. We made another hot honey! This time we are using a Oregon clover honey produced by our friends at Flying Bee Ranch in Salem, OR. We harvested Oregon grown red habaneros and we let them all become friends for a month in a barrel while the honey absorbed the vibrant red from the habaneros. The finished product is absolutely delicious.
Unfortunately while we were working with Mr. Fish on this project, his cat Mrs. Brown passed away. She was family to Jeremy and he wanted to honor her memory by dedicating this sauce to the legacy of Mrs. Irbis Brown Cat Fish.
